Welcome to i18napp. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our internationalization services.

By accessing or using i18napp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

i18napp provides internationalization services, translating user-provided strings into multiple languages.

• File Format: i18napp currently accepts CSV files for translation.
• Languages: We support translations into 82 languages as of the last update of these Terms.
• File Size Limit: The maximum file size accepted is 10MB.
• Translation Process: We use machine translation with human review for Terms of Service monitoring purposes only, not for quality monitoring of translations.

3. User Accounts and Tiers

• Free Tier: Users can translate up to five rows into 5 languages.
• Paid Tier: Users can translate unlimited rows into unlimited languages for one project (game).

4. User Data and Privacy

• Data Storage: User data is stored on our servers. We comply with GDPR regulations and offer a data deletion mechanism upon request.
• Third-Party Services: Content is provided to OpenAI for translation purposes.

5. User Obligations

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use i18napp.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the content you submit for translation.
• By using our service, you grant i18napp the right to process and translate your content as part of our service provision.

7. Limitation of Liability

• i18napp provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of translations.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

• Refunds are not offered after the service has been used.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the service.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of i18napp after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
